It is the participation and support of our community that gives life to the museum and enables us to educate and inspire our youth through storytelling, events and interactive exhibitions.
Our museum is hosted by the Insight Centre for Data Analytics and NUI Galway and supported by a panel of volunteers; our ‘Friends of the Museum’. We are managed by an active, volunteer board who curate and maintain our collection, host events, run tours and administer the museum.
We depend on our community to raise funds, run events and reach out to new audiences.
